Booking Policies

1. Booking & Payment

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your photoshoot session or $500 for all events. This amount will go toward your final balance.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on or after your shoot or event.

Payment Methods: I accept Apple Cash, Zelle, and Cash (in person). Payment instructions will be sent after booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without penalty if done at least 24 hours prior to the shoot. Additional rescheduling will not require a new deposit.

3. Late Policy & Turnaround Time

Grace Period: I allow a 15-minute grace period for all sessions.

Late Policy: A grace period of 15 minutes will be applied to all sessions. After 15 minutes, time lost due to lateness will be deducted from your scheduled session. For example, arriving 20 minutes late to a 1-hour shoot means we’ll only have 40 minutes left to shoot.

30+ Minutes Late: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be considered a no-show, and the session will be canceled without a refund.

Photos: Standard turnaround for photoshoots is 2-4 business days, events 2-4 weeks.

Music Videos: Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks depending on complexity.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

4. Image Selection & Editing

Selection: I curate and deliver the best images you have chosen from your session. Raw files are not provided.

Edits: All delivered images are professionally color-corrected.

6. Travel & Studio Sessions

Travel: Travel beyond a 30-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI may incur mileage. Overnight stays must be covered by the client.

Studio Shoots: If a studio is required, no extra charges will occur.

7. Privacy

Your information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties. I may use images or clips from our session for portfolio or promotional purposes, but if you'd prefer to keep them private, just let me know in writing.

8. Client Conduct

I aim to create a respectful, creative, and comfortable environment. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.
